About Us

Giner Roofing & Construction has been Northeast Ohio’s trusted roofing and exterior contractor since 2015. Based in Akron, we specialize in roof installation and repair, as well as siding, windows, gutters, fencing, and decks. Justin Giner, Owner
Justin has been in the roofing industry for over 15 years. He started at 16 with his dad picking up shingles. Eventually he worked his way up to working on the roof. Justin spent many years working for other companies and decided he wanted to start his own business. He was burdened by other roofing companies taking advantage of their customers. That is why he has built his company on the core values of honesty, reliability and integrity. Justin is very family oriented and hopes to one day leave the company to his daughter Aubrie.

Brittany Giner, Accounts Manager
Brittany and Justin are middle school sweethearts. She has learned all the ins and outs of the roofing business from Justin over the years. Brittany handles all of the accounts for the company ensuring everything runs efficiently. While Brittany's passion is cooking wonderful meals for family and friends, she still finds time for crocheting.

Scott Green II, Marketing Manager
Scott and Justin have been friends for what seems like 20 years. Scott started marketing for Giner Roofing & Construction in 2020. Scott enjoys spending time outdoors camping and kayaking. His biggest passion is traveling and meeting new people.

Outstanding in every way - communications, workmanship, cleanup - and well worth the wait! Replacing ALL the original (since 1987) windows was necessary because, as a wall of windows, they needed to match. Husband sent rocks flying with the lawn mower and snow blower over the years, but when one of the top windows was shattered in October 2025, that was the final straw. We got a couple of quotes from large, heavily advertised companies. The one we selected "forgot" to order the windows, then ghosted us into 2026 for the update on delivery. When a friend heard of our troubles, he recommended Giner Roofing & Construction, even calling on a Sunday to give them our contact information. Because ours is an older home, our windows had to made to fit. We wanted to replace our wooden casement windows with slider - no more cranking! And for the top windows which we couldn't reach to open, we decided fixed windows would impart an unobstructed view. Justin was polite, professional, and friendly throughout, as was his crew. He answered all my questions patiently and helpfully. There was no whiff of condescension (as some contractors get impatient), so he didn't make me feel like a pesky picky homeowner. When the original company called to tell me my windows were in, I explained that having not responded to my emails, texts, nor phone calls in 3 months, I went with someone else. SO GLAD I DID! We've had to replace other windows and doors within the last few years due to improperly installed roofs (another story) and wish I'd known of Giner then. But here we are. The whole room is transformed, and it took just one day to install! They were careful, precise, and expert. I felt no stress, just complete confidence as I watched them work. Giner will be my go-to for life.

They handled an emergency storm-door replacement after the wind shattered mine, repaired my siding, and helped with other projects I needed taken care of. When they came out for the storm door, they also cleared fallen branches off my garage roof, checked for any damage, and looked over the vents to make sure everything was okay. They didn’t have to do any of that, but they did. Justin and his crew are just good people who do quality work. They’re professional, the pricing is affordable, communication is straightforward, and the jobs get done right the first time. In a time when dependable contractors are hard to find, this team actually follows through. If you want reliable, solid work at fair prices, Giner Construction is who you hire.
